This on-going 12 month initiative is to encourage local businesses and members of the community to donate their old, unwanted phones for recycling, with all proceeds going to LINC.
It is estimated that an estimated £2.7 billion worth of unused mobile phones are in Britons’ drawers and cupboards (Source: Daily Telegraph).
Lister Communications Gloucestershire business telephone system and mobile specialists based in Gloucestershire have provided business telephone solutions for the last 15 years and take great pride in working with the local community. Richard Snell, Marketing Manager, said: “We are a socially conscious company who want to help our local community as much as possible. We believe this mobile phone recycling programme is an excellent way to do this”.
